02/08/2006 ISSS Exec Minutes

Written by Amelia Anne Hedley, ISSS Secretary. Meeting was in the basement of Howe Hall at 7:45 PM.

The Budget was submitted on the 8th, some new items we have submitted:

We are currently in need of a clean place to work on eye pieces

So keep a look out for a work place

At some point before the semester is through we are going to go paint the telescopes

Ben will be sending out an email when a date is decided

Wheel of Innovation – ISSS might be participating in the VEISHA activity

Have to have 21 phrases that deal with the Aerospace program

Rocket Launch

Tabrina has picked the tentative date of March 25th – More information will follow when we get closer to the date

There is also a Big Rocket Launch in Peoria the 31st -2nd

We are still looking for more general presentations so if you know anyone who could give a presentation let us know.

Reminder this week we have a Exec meeting on Wednesday @ 7:45pm and a General meeting on Thursday @ 6:00pm.
