We GOT FUNDED!!!

Seems as though our friends at the GSB must like us big time as they funded almost everything we asked for. That includes both trips!!

Has to just go through the final Budget Balancing Meeting.

Wheel of Innovation

Things seem a little unclear with them and we are still trying to understand what they expect of us.

They are planning on having a BBQ the Tuesday before VEISHEA

Rocketry News

We got an offer to possibly do a rocketry contest with one of the Missouri colleges (Region 5)

Also thinking about doing a low power competition during our rocket launch on March 25th

Outreach Stuff

Meeker Elementary- Science Night April 6th

We’ll be doing Alka Seltzer Rockets and possibly using our telescopes

Relay for Life April 7th-8th

They asked us to do some activity during the time frame.

We’re planning on doing star gazing.

There is a possibility of doing a joint movie night with AIAA. We have until Tuesday to decide.

Painting!!!

Feel the need to be a little creative; well you’ll have your chance come Tuesday. Ben is going to put together a time to paint the telescopes and the rocket. He'll be sending out an email with the times. We’ll also be having a contest to decide the paint scheme for the rocket.

We are wondering how many people visit our website so we are going to start an invisible counter on the site and become as Ben put it, ELITE INTERNET NINJA.

Well thats all for now. Remember that this week we have an Exec meeting on Wednesday and a General Meeting on Thursday!!!
