I. Update from Director of Chapter Affairs

  • sent out surveys for the student space policy proposal and has already received three responses
  • ask chapter representatives at the next COC meeting to send out responses to their chapters’ mailing lists

II. Update from Director of Publications

  • Doesn’t need any new material yet, next newsletter doesn’t go out to March, will wait on updates

III. Update from Director of Special Projects

  • waiting on first big deadline, January 20th, when prelimary writeup and design is due for the Zero-G project
  • We know MIT is submitting something, unsure about UCF or Illinois

IV. Webmaster waiting to get approval from executive board to move new website to seds.org.

  • Vice Chair suggests we wait until semester starts and more people are present.
  • Director of Publications says links to old NOVA are not working
  • Also large space between banner and welcome
  • Webmaster needs to check in Internet Explorer and Netscape, some things did not transfer over so well
  • Change banner to black to make the SEDS logo look more part of the page
  • More suggestions were made to fix up website
