10/03/2005 ISSS Exec Minutes

Meeting was at 6PM in the basement of Howe Hall. Minutes written by ISSS President Scott M. Southwell.

Just a couple things:
1)Exec membership at General Meetings is REQUIRED. If you can't make the meeting, you need to email me at least 24 hours in advance with a reason.
2)Exec meetings are required for all exec members.
We've been having a lot of trouble with this and I will try to keep everyone updated and keep everything clear so you know when the meetings are.
3)Check out the web site. I changed some things with my very limited html knowledge.
4)BBQ/Star party this Saturday(Email coming from Allen with more information)
5)160 rocket launch(another email from Allen will be coming with more info)
6)Check out www.space2005.org it looks really cool and I think that we should go.
