10/10/2005 ISSS Exec Minutes

Here is what we discussed in our third executive meeting today at 6:00:

Upcoming events: The Aero E 160 rocket launch is coming up on the 23rd. We are not responsible for the measuring, but we do need to set up the area that they will be using. We decided to put our add in the Iowa State Daily the Friday before the launch. So far we have five or six people signed up to go to the Tripoli rocket launch and we'll be leaving some time Friday afternoon (on the 28th). Ben still doesn't believe that anybody will come to the 4am stargazing party, but we set up a date anyway, and we think that will be next Tuesday.

Tomorrow's meeting: Anybody who got some of the lovely signs for tomorrow's meeting should plaster them all over campus so we can have a lot of people tomorrow! Sarvesh is going to put together a small presentation on the SpaceVision2005 for tomorrow night's meeting, and Allen is going to talk about Tripoli.

Next Exec. Meeting: Scott and Ben are going to rewrite our constitution (good luck!)
