Discussion:

- Serious debate over the election procedure in order to reduce the potential for chapter bias. We talked about possibly using a yes/no system, a scale of 1-10, etc. The executive board would vote at a later date.

- Whether or not the distribution of the policy should be by mail (hard copy), which seemed like a good idea.

- Shared opinions on the new format of the newsletter
