I. Space Policy Proposals have been sent out
- George Whitesides, director of NSS, wishes to publish it online somewhere
II. Expansion efforts have reached out to Princeton, Stanford, UPenn, UCBerkeley, and VATech but board has yet to hear back. III. Dormant chapters have been emailed IV. Expansion efforts have been useful when emailing professors in space-related programs V. Chapter Starter Kit has been updated online by Director of Expansion VI. Director of Publications works on a contact list of space publications to get some publicity, asks for magazine titles which would help expand NOVA

VII. Webmaster continues to look into online publicity and will look into aesthetic problems involving graphics VIII. SEDS-UW will be flying on ZeroG on August 6th by scraping together local funding. IX. Projects Director intends to post a general reference for chapters on various projects and competitions they can get involved in

X. SEDS displays at conference
- Table at NewSpace went largely unused
- plans for a set SEDS-display could cause shipping and delivery issues
- image for SEDS, however, would be amazing
- Arizona’s space imagery lab would be willing to print for free
XI. NASA Spaceward Bound asks for advertisement space on seds.org XII. Megha Sharma asks to appoint Ben Brockert from Iowa State as interim/acting Vice Chair because he has done good work, increases chapter representation, and Ben is interested

- Ben enters and introduces himself as vice president and astronomy chair for Iowa State Space Society
