Develop the next generation of leaders
SEDS is an organization that bonds together students from multiple disciplines to develop a network of future leaders.
A string of successes by the Mars Rovers, SpaceShipOne, and Cassini-Huygens has translated into great enthusiasm among the current generation of students who will soon have the opportunity to build on these achievements. The current generation of students is the next generation of the aerospace workforce and an investment in student programs now will help to make this transition.
Invest in the future
At the conference students will listen to lectures from leaders in the space sector, participate in panel discussions with exploration mission managers, attend workshops, and meet with representatives from the top employers in the space sector. To operate this event and to attract the nation’s brightest students, the conference planning team is seeking your support. With your sponsorship, SpaceVision2005 will be the premier event students to discover their future in space.
Students for the Exploration and Development of Space
SEDS is an independent, student-based organization that promotes the exploration and development of space. SEDS pursues this mission by educating people about the benefits of space, by supporting a network of interested students, by providing an opportunity for members to develop their leadership skills, and by inspiring people through involvement in student-led projects.
SEDS-Earth is the international chapter of SEDS, comprised of members from several countries, including Spain, the United Kingdom, India, the United States, Nepal, Kuwait, and other countries.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Conference sponsors will receive exposure in a variety of print and electronic media sources. Sponsorship may take the form of donated funds, in-kind donations, or purchasing travel and lodging for guest presenters. SEDS-USA is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. Sponsorship that goes beyond the expenses of the conference will be applied towards travel scholarships for participating students.
