[18:06] You: well i think you should be the primary contact since you are external [18:06] You: but if you want to include my name that is fine [18:07] You: just don't put me first [18:08] danderson Beck: k [18:08] You: Alright let's get started [18:08] You: I have a few things [18:08] You: The August NOVA is going to be a little late because Brian has been having some computer issues [18:09] You: So it will probbaly come out mid-August [18:09] You: Also [18:09] You: next week Josh wants to talk about what she should set up for SEDS at the X-Prize Cup [18:10] You: So just keep that in your head and bring them up next week [18:10] You: Danderson, can you update us on how the brochure is going? [18:11] You: Danderson... [18:11] You: lol [18:12] danderson Beck: It will be done by midnight tonight, well very close to being done anyway [18:12] danderson Beck: Josh here? [18:12] danderson Beck: No [18:12] You: Oh great [18:13] danderson Beck: He needs to send me the stats that were put together for seds, not that I ever emailed him. I did im him though [18:13] You: OK, well if you could emial him as a reminder that would be great [18:13] danderson Beck: yeah [18:14] You: and then email the brochure to the board so we all have a copy [18:14] You: and it should go up on the website too [18:15] You: I'm glad it will be finished before the school year starts [18:15] You: does anyone have any questions for danderson about the brochure? [18:16] danderson Beck: Where did brian go? [18:16] You: hmm not sure [18:16] You: maybe internet issues [18:16] danderson Beck: probably [18:17] danderson Beck: nvm [18:17] You: well let's move on to the Scaled Composites accident [18:17] You: we need to figure out what we are going to do [18:18] You: NSS has already set up a donation site for the families [18:18] You: so Josh proposed we put a large link to it on our website [18:18] Ryanblah Qinan: done [18:18] Ryanblah Qinan: front and center on the main page [18:18] You: excellent [18:19] Ryanblah Qinan: if anyone has wording changing suggestions, let me know [18:19] You: ok [18:19] danderson Beck: Good. We should send some kind of letter of condolence [18:19] You: I was also going to send Scaled a letter [18:19] You: (from the whole board) [18:19] You: do we have official stationary anywhere that you know of? [18:20] Ryanblah Qinan: hmm [18:20] Ryanblah Qinan: ask kirk [18:20] You: ah ok good idea [18:20] You: if not, I can make some [18:20] You: I'll so this tomorrow and draft a letter [18:20] Ryanblah Qinan: cool [18:20] You: then I'll send it to you guys so you can give me suggestions [18:21] You: this needs to go out in a timely fashion [18:21] You: any other ideas on what we should do? [18:21] danderson Beck: maybe promp the individual chapters to send letters or something? [18:22] You: yeah, i could send an email out to the list referring them to the donations page as well [18:23] You: other suggestions? [18:23] You: Ok does anyone have any updates? [18:24] Ryanblah Qinan: (-) [18:24] You: I probably won't be able to make the meeting next week - ryan, can you run it?
