[19:04] Jedi8798: Bringing the meeting to order, I dont have much on the plate today. [19:05] Jedi8798: first off, Ryan G, have you met with Darrell's father about the 501/endowment? Any update there? [19:05] AeroAggie84: yes i have...i actually sent off a formal letter today requesting his help [19:05] AeroAggie84: I will be getting all of our previous stuff together in the next two weeks to take with me to Dallas on the 12th [19:06] AeroAggie84: if anyone has any old documents regarding tax stuff from the past please send it my way [19:06] AeroAggie84: which brings up a good point...who does our taxes and do we have plans to pay any for this past year? [19:07] Jedi8798: usually falls under the responsibilities of treasurer [19:07] Jedi8798: and I havent heard of anyone doing our taxes in quite some time [19:07] AeroAggie84: hrmmm might want to do so at least for this past year...might make the 501c3 easier [19:08] Jedi8798: Do you have all of the financial records to do so? [19:08] AeroAggie84: other than that...i am just depositing dues and what-not as I wait to hear back from Mr. Cain....umm nope that what I kinda need from everyone if ya'll have any [19:08] AeroAggie84: i will get Mr. Cain's advice on all this when I talk to him next [19:09] Jedi8798: Have many chapters submitted dues recently? [19:09] Jedi8798: I saw UC San Diego's go through the paypal system a little while ago [19:09] AeroAggie84: as for the endowment...three the past two weeks that I can think of [19:10] AeroAggie84: yeah GWU sent me a check [19:10] AeroAggie84: and I think there was one other not too long ago...through paypal...ill check on it [19:11] AeroAggie84: as for the endowment...ill get to looking at that after 501c3 is started [19:11] Jedi8798: k [19:11] AeroAggie84: other than that i am good...any questions? [19:12] Jedi8798: If no further questions, I have no more items for this meeting. If we break early, will you all spend the next 45 minutes working on stuff for your position? [19:13] AeroAggie84: jedi can we talk for a bit about financial policy? [19:13] Jedi8798: Sure [19:13] AeroAggie84: after the meeting? [19:13] Jedi8798: yup [19:13] AeroAggie84: k [19:14] DarrellDCain: CoC is tomorrow [19:14] Jedi8798: Ah yes, thanks for the reminder Darrell. Brian are you ready for your show as Exec Board Rep? [19:14] Nyeerrmm: yeah, although could you send me a list of whats on the agenda again just to be sure [19:15] Jedi8798: Constitution ratification, Exec Board Decisions, [19:16] Jedi8798: Rocket Project [19:16] Jedi8798: and there was one more item wasnt there Darrell? [19:16] DarrellDCain: done [19:16] DarrellDCain: introductions [19:16] DarrellDCain: but that's pretty straightforward [19:17] Nyeerrmm: all right, i'll be there [19:17] Jedi8798: Anyone else planning on attending?
