charging to National

off the chapters

money

chapters

email that all chapters can bring quality SEDS
merchandise to sell at the table?

[18:35] Jedi8798: they need to clearly define prices,
etc... and will be responsible for deciding how they
want to collect money
[18:35] rmmlg08: we shouls include a clause
[18:35] rmmlg08: saying that the exec board can decide
that something can't be sold
[18:35] rmmlg08: just in case

[18:36] Jedi8798: dont want someone selling rocks with
SEDS painted on them

SEDS field trip

Museum
[18:42] Jedi8798: UCF is in for it, as well as UASEDS
[18:42] Jedi8798: I know MIT wont be able to go due to
their plane leaving Saturday
[18:42] Jedi8798: anyone particular for/against making
it an official SEDS field trip?

survey

during the summer
[18:45] Jedi8798: propose it as an item at the CoC
[18:45] Jedi8798: mandatory survey

[18:45] Jedi8798: I can speak on behalf of the uses,
and what it will entail
[18:45] Jedi8798: and then CoC has authority to make
it a mandatory survey

mandatory SEDS survey to the CoC? I'll distribute a
copy for you guys to look over by thursday, then a
copy for Darrell to distribute to chapters by Friday?

options they were pursuing

in the same boat
