[18:05] DarrellDCain: exactly [18:05] DarrellDCain: we still have about six chapters in the queue [18:05] rmmlg08: we could use the conference as a "new year" [18:05] DarrellDCain: new chapters [18:05] rmmlg08: since elections is the only hard deadline we have right now [18:05] DarrellDCain: bring a check to the conference or mail? [18:18] Jedi8798: but we'll take a poll of people to find out what they like [18:18] Jedi8798: isnt there metro? [18:22] AeroAggie84: yeah ok..here is the deal [18:22] AeroAggie84: i stopped getting emails from Mr. Cain's office about a month ago [18:23] AeroAggie84: thats right about when finals started and I didnt really have time to worry [18:23] AeroAggie84: well come to find out this past week, the person who was in charge or our account has left the company and we are going to be put under the direction of someone else [18:24] AeroAggie84: this will cause a little delay in the whole 501c3 attainment process, but hopefully (fingers crossed) I should be able to have it done by the time my term is over [18:24] Jedi8798: Do we have an estimated date from Mr Cain's Office? [18:25] Jedi8798: We've been promising people it would be done by the end of summer [18:25] AeroAggie84: at this point there is no estimated date for completion because that is up to the IRS more than it is us [18:26] AeroAggie84: I can make sure that the ball is completely in their court as soon as physically possible, but once it is in the system its out of our control when it will be approved [18:26] Jedi8798: K. Anyone have anything else?
