nyeerrmm (8:19:25 PM): all right, ryan and darrell and i have been discussing that two member of the proposed endowment board are nto speaking at this years conference, and thus i havent offered to pay their travel
nyeerrmm (8:19:48 PM): given that we have a tight budget i dont think we can afford to do so for something that isn't directly conference related
nyeerrmm (8:20:22 PM): however, since we are requesting their presence for the endowment kick-off meeting, it seems like it would be a good idea to offer to cover their travel expenses
nyeerrmm (8:20:35 PM): sorry, didnt say who it was: John Gedmark and Will Pomerantz
nyeerrmm (8:21:01 PM): since this is a national endeavor, it seems to make sense to use money from the national account for it
nyeerrmm (8:21:29 PM): for airfare and a night at the hilton it should be about $400/person
nyeerrmm (8:22:27 PM): in the future, we'd assume that this comes out of eventual income from the endowment, if the numbers work out
