Action Items

• Rick, and Josh Sosa work on SEDS Website Template.

• Rick Hanton: find out the exact money you want to spend, what text you want to put up, and where you want it to link to, for SEDS facebook advertisement.

• Keri Bean further updated us on the SEDS Educational fund.

• Joshua Nelson informed us that ISDC would be interested in having SEDS involvement at this years conference. Further details to come

Progress Reports

• Keri Bean
  • Working on SEDS Podcasts. Majority of the scripts done.
    • Kyle at UofA SEDS is planning to film a bunch of the Podcasts this weekend.
  • The Planetary Society has pledged support SEDS and will try to find us funding to obtain nice recording equipment.

• Matt Cannella
  • Searched with Josh Nelson for the "layered" version of the SEDS brochure. Unfortunately, we were unable to find this.
  • Been adding video and pictures to the "SEDS Publications" groove
  • working on the Nova Newsletter for Q1 2009. This is 95% completed, and will be presented for E-Board review next week, with a hopeful publication date of Feb 23rd, 2009.

• Grant Atkinson
  • Working on the podcasts for IYA by writing a script for

the moons of Saturn.
