Meeting Minutes

• Secretary Election Update
  • Three candidates: Kendra Toole (BU), Bonnie Stern (A&M), and Bruce Davis (CU).
  • CoC Reps will vote online on system by Josh Sosa and be notified to do so by e-mail (Vote 8-0-0).
• Seds.org blog setup
  • There is now a Wordpress MU setup on the seds website for individual chapters to create separate globally-managed blog sites.
  • The intention is to make having an up-to-date chapter website as easy as possible. Test site at http://seds.org/isss
• Grant Atkinson will be on SpaceVidcast on Thursday (coaching meeting on Wednesday for him)

Progress Reports

• Justin Graves (Finance)
  • Contacted the lawyer.
  • Approximately one month before the endowment fund can begin receiving funds.
  • Currently waiting on Texas Dept. of Banking's approval.
