(5:38:26 PM) Joshua Nelson: Short meeting today. First up... ISDC and New Space roll call... I would like to know what Exec Board members are either Planning on going, 100% going, or just might be going to ISDC and New Space

(5:44:29 PM) brainyboy45: I'm still tentative for ISDC... i have to start my internship with NASA Academy on May 31st (last day of conference)

(5:58:24 PM) Joshua Nelson: 501c3 status was a big step for our organization

(5:58:39 PM) Joshua Nelson: I'd like us to start thinking of where we'd like to go next. What is the next big challenge for SEDS?

(5:59:13 PM) brainyboy45: i actually have a question regarding 501c

(5:59:21 PM) Joshua Nelson: The 501c hurdle has been there for a while, and we've finally conquered it. Time to start thinking of whats next. Over the next few days if you have some ideas of where you would like to see us go

(5:59:26 PM) brainyboy45: do we have any forms or paperwork for that? like... if we go to get a donation, how do we make sure they get tax write-offs?

(6:01:52 PM) Joshua Nelson: to make sure the correct information reaches everyone simultaneously
