I. The 8th of every month is the set date for executive board members to send updates to the SedsExec listserv.
II. Proposal to make website for SEDS members participating in Mars Desert Research Station to show people what “SEDS can do for you.”
III. Director of Chapter Affairs says that tomorrow is the Council of Chapters meeting at which Yuri’s Night will be discussed. She invites all to join.
IV. The Director of Expansion announced the creation of a prize for the chapter who best helped expansion efforts (to be awarded at SpaceVision 2006).

V. Director of Education has weekly Sunday education meetings and about five attended the last one but mainly Brian and Lindsay are doing the work.
VI. Director of Special Projects updates on Zero G flights
- Finance meeting was held at which all of the participating chapters with the exception of Caltech were attendees.
- They are struggling not to raise the fundraising bar for individual chapters, instead relying on major players such as Director of Special Projects and Vice Chair
- Director asked for a list of people the chapters could ask for money and only SEDS UW responded (with about 200 names)
- It is noted that phone calls work best when asking for fundraising
VII. SEDS AAS membership rate to be included in next NOVA
- look into other professional organizations that SEDS membership makes you eligible for
