Sorting

I've changed the category tags of most categories and articles (not design notes); hope this doesn't offend anyone. The reason I've done this, is to make sure the main page of each category is listed before the rest of the articles, as well as keeping everything from being sorted under "S".

I was not allowed to edit these articles, so they are still sorted under "S":

  • Mission Concept Review
  • Mission Feasibility Study
  • Team Application
  • Payload Application (which I would also suggest moving to the payload category)
