Karen was at a meeting in LA with a publicist to work on Yuri LA

We talked about

Kirk's new iteration of the website,
Loretta reported that a new web team member, Jason, who will help with the user interface and automating registration as well as freshen up the look
Jeremy brought up extending YN out to teens and how to do that (National Science Teachers, AOL Red, Federation of Galaxy Explorers, FIRST Robotics)
Tim and Jeremy are reaching out to NSS chapters
George requested we update the Digital Starter Kit again, and put it on the main site, others asked that it also be smaller and easier to download

Jen, Barbara, Sarah, Anbarasan and Michael checked in outside of the telecon.

Jen has a draft of the new sponsor pack out- please comment on it
Michael is taking on getting the books together
Sarah is inviting artists to create Yuri art
Anbarasan is inviting a friend to build a flash YN New Years card
Barbara is interfacing with the International Geo/Heliophysical Year teams and awaiting any input in to the digital starter kit
