HOWTO Create an Email List

If you are a seds.org user requesting a new email list, see the instructions at Email Lists.
For users with the proper permissions, use this sudo command:
sudo /usr/share/mailman/bin/newlist LISTNAME@seds.org ADMIN@EMAIL-ADDRESS ADMIN-PASSWORD
The listinfo page will be created at http://seds.org/mailman/listinfo/LISTNAME
The associated email aliases on the server get created automatically. One very important note. Don't create a list that already exists as an email address.
