Create a new page

1a. To create a new transcript page, type in the address bar: 

http://wiki.seds.org/index.php/YEAR_MONTH_DAY_SEDS-USA_Exec_Transcript

For example: 

http://wiki.seds.org/index.php/2007_January_30_SEDS-USA_Exec_Transcript

To create a new minutes page, type in the address bar: 

http://wiki.seds.org/index.php/YEAR_MONTH_DAY_SEDS-USA_Exec_Minutes

For example: 

http://wiki.seds.org/index.php/2007_January_30_SEDS-USA_Exec_Minutes

Header

At the beginning of the page include: 

{{Meeting Notes Header
| meeting=
| date=
| time=
| location=
| attendance=
}}

For example, if you include 

{{Meeting Notes Header
| meeting=SEDS-USA Executive Board Meeting
| date=January 30, 2008
| time=9:00pm EST
| location=AOL Instant Messenger
| attendance=(list of attendees)
}}

you will see:

SEDS-USA Executive Board Meeting, January 30, 2008

Time: 9:00pm EST
Location: AOL Instant Messenger
Attendance: (list of attendees)


Post minutes

Insert the meeting minutes and transcript to the appropriate pages.

Footer

At the end of the page include: 

{{2007-2008 SEDS-USA Meetings}}
[[Category:2007-2008 SEDS-USA Meetings]]

Why do this? It makes the pages easier to find later. This will categorize the page in Category:2007-2008 SEDS-USA Meetings and will include this box at the bottom of all of the pages:
