United Space Alliance is very excited about YN06 and is promoting it.
We are working on joining with a Space event at the Air and Space Museum on 4/15.
Tim wants to make it a recognized holiday "space pioneer day" or "space explorers" day.

Karen: increase party count
Loretta: 250 parties! (65 from last year, NSS chapters, IHY countries, SEDS chapters, Space Gen Congress Delegates)
Barbara: we made it an official IHY event -so we have contacts in every country in world- with UN help- can help us get United Arab Emirates party (she is going there tomorrow)
Tim: not just big LA events- other types of events in Bangladesh, N Dakota, grassroots, everybody having a party, doesn't have to look a certain way, everybody get out and have fun! Another Zero-G raffle! YN logo Cocktail napkins sent to all parties!
Barbara: Party Kit online, with drink menus, take polls of previous parties of good ideas and compile and put online. lots of resources
- ACTION: Barbara: can you solicit good ideas from the previous parties (write up an email and I can forward it till I add you to the mailserve)
Loretta: there is a party pack (65 Mb -has video, letterhead, logos, guide, ect) needs to be put up on website! (and enhanced!)

Loretta: get Moby, Big Head Todd to play!

Tim: Cool flyers and banners, guerilla marketing, templates for people to make their own personalized.
Loretta: Elections for YN EC
- ACTION: Will send out list of positions by this weekend
Tim: What do parties get when they register? T-Shirt, Patch, tattoos, (soon stickers), digital starter kit and entered into a raffle for registering! (20$) and access to digital starter kit for free "listing only" registration. Can add more things (cocktail napkins, posters) when we have a merchandise manager and a postage sponsor (we can send their promo materials with the YN Kit if they sponsor postage).
Karen: maybe T-Shirts say "VIP" or 'Staff' or 'CREW' to make them even cooler

Vanna: $10 Chocolate Yuri heads with golden ticket?- Golden ticket wins a ticket to Zero-G, Lias with Rocket Dog shoes! Verizon, X Box, Vanna could do that, gift certificates, to make other prizes available in the raffle.
Jenny Eckart: can also make available "win a ticket to space" via plantronics website contest! They also have cool space posters, and plantronics space promo gear!
- Voice over IP as part of the grand prize (equipment) $300 combined blue tooth audio for Raffle as well. Plantronics has potential to be a big partner.
