- Meeting was attended by 3 out of 7 members. Two members, Snehal Deshpande and Anmol Sharma provided reason for absence before the start of the meeting. No intimation was received from either Ashok Reddy and Naveen S. In the absence of quorum, meeting was continued after 5 minutes during which efforts were made to contact the absentees.
- In absence of Ashok Reddy, the meeting was chaired by Pradeep Mohandas.
- Antariksh - The Space-themed Space Art event was discussed first. The event report has been posted on the blog and uploaded on the wiki. Awaiting financial report and photos to be uploaded.
- After some discussion on a Space Settlement competition, it was decided to discuss the event in detail after a report is submitted on it by this Wednesday.
- Regarding Prasaran, a updated proposal would be sent in by this Wednesday.
- Ashish then went ahead with website updates - resolution of the website will be corrected, a membership form in .doc format will be provided soon.
- Ashish asked for a stand alone program that would enable online submission of membership forms. Requested support from seds.org webmaster. Has been directed accordingly.
- Account has been opened with INDIAN BANK to facilitate money transactions in the name of the Treasurer before the registration process is completed and we can open an account in the organisations name. Timely updates will be provided.
