Goals:

  • Identify Zero-G requirements of SEDS
  • Get as many chapters to submit a Zero-G proposal as

possible.

  • Finalize a schedule up till April 8th (flight day)

Begin National fundraising

Summary of progress:

  • Zero-G reqs identified and sent to chapters.
  • 11 of 22 chapters called personally, all chapters

e-mailed about National project.

  • Proposals recieved from 6 chapters (7th, ERAU,

recieved in Feb and put on Standby list)

  • Sent full proposals to Zero-G
  • Requested QRDS and TEDPs from all chapters
  • Published schedule to last until April 8th, recieved

critique from Tim Bailey and Kirk Kittell.

  • Sent schedule to all SEDS chapters.
  • Nothrop Gruman contacted by Kirk Kittell on

fundraising basis.

New Action Items Generated:

  • Work on flight day schedule
  • Work on flight day arrangements (hotel,

transportation, flightsuits, etc...)

  • Push chapters to meet deadlines for TEDP and finance
  • Discuss SEDS-ZG Video with Tim and Kirk
