Today's first meeting for SEDSAT-2 went well, although we discovered that the chat program at seds.org/chat does not work well with IE for some reason--we will need to solve this before the next meeting.

Discussions (very basic requirements):
- Prelim design review in Hyderabad, India on Sunday 23 September in conjunction with IAC (http://www.iac2007.org.in). IAC 2008 will be held at roughly the same timeframe in Glasgow, Scotland, and we will plan for this as well.
- Proceed with CubeSat platform.
- Payload will collect images for remote sensing (still leaves a very broad definition)
- Satellite will communicate with ground.
Open tasks:
- Collect links to all current/previous CubeSat teams and post at SEDSAT-2:Research -- this will be background research for understanding what a CubeSat can do, and will provide references for later.
Following week:
- Research launch systems
- Narrow down scope for payload
