TEAM

The systems engineering team is set up by students from Austria, Italy, the Netherlands and Russia.

External Advisors:

Internal Advisors:

  • Aaron Schultz - a 'veteran' in systems engineering is giving us many useful advices and hints on our tasks and role!
  • Kirk Kittell - is giving us invaluable help while also running SEDS International and is even answering questions when he is more than busy!

Thank you to all Advisors!

Launch opportunities

SEDSAT-2 has to be launched with a p-pod, therefore we should look for launches of similar cubesats. Cubesats that are scheduled for launch in 2009:

ESA cubesat

Hermes Cubesat - University of Colorado

ToDo List

- Project Requirements

- Thermal control

- Launch opportunities

- Make a quantitative-qualitative analysis of current satellite development state (to determine on which areas each subsystem needs to concentrate)
