SEDSAT-2 Weekly Updates Instructions

We are implementing a new system for each team's weekly updates:
1) We would like to ask you to send a bullet-point update telling us what has been done for the week in your subsystem (if there are no updates, state "no updates"). You should send this email to: <Removed due to spamming issues, contact core committee for email address>
2) The subject of the email should be your subsystem and the date: "Communications 2-24-2008."
3) You should also state the name of the person that will be attending that week's general meeting in that email.
4) The email MUST be sent by Friday at midnight (GMT) of that week. Once emailed, your update will be automatically posted.
5) You have Saturday to read the updates from all the subsystems at http://sedsatii-teamupdates.blogspot.com/ and prepare any questions you might have.
6) The general meeting will take place on Sunday at 1400 GMT. The meeting will be a forum to discuss questions raised by the updates or any question that any subsystem may pose to another. Thus ALL subsystems must be present, in order that ALL questions can be addressed.
