Working to develop and build SEDS is one of the primary reasons we hold an annual conference
Make sure you schedule sessions at times that most chapters will be there, and give ample time
In order to keep schedule, you'll have to double up development forums.
Work with the exec board to decide what sessions to be held, and which ones will interfere the least to double them up
Having a conference room style environment is beneficial. Having an option to move tables into the back of the rooms, or having separate conference rooms is a good idea.
