SpaceVision Guests

Making sure that the guests have an easy time arranging their travel and dealing with things throught the event is important. A few things that can help:
- Have a procedure for providing internet access to guests
- Have maps, hotel and restaurant recommendations on the website and in the program to assist arrangements and decisions
- Remember, the directions to buildings on campus may not be clear on the university website. Make sure you have clear directions for parking and walking on the website two weeks before the conference
- Work with the director of Chapter Affairs so that you have some idea of what chapters are coming, what their plans are, etc.
- Having a designated POC for attendee questions before the conference may be a good idea. Your chapter councilor is an obvious choice.
