Other things you might want to consider for your conference:

Poster Session

  • Some schools make it easier to attend a conference if you're presenting a poster
  • Easy to implement. Put it on the registration page, and have movable cork-boards or wall space available.
  • Contact local research organizations. Its a good chance to show off your school.

Hardware display

  • Get chapters to bring in projects and work
  • Local groups should be invited as well
  • Provide tables to make it easier to show work

SEDS Resume Database

  • Provide a table near registration to allow people to access and upload information to the SEDS resume database
