St. Louis University
From SEDSWiki
The Saint Louis University Chapter of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SLU-SEDS) was established in February of 2006 after SLU's Parks College sent a group of aerospace engineering students to the SEDS National Conference. The chapter is now an official Saint Louis University organization whose mission is to involve the student body in space-related community service, education and activities.

Goals
This chapter became a chartered SLU organization in the Fall of 2007 but is currently enduring a probationary period. The group hopes to become fully chartered soon so that it may receive funding from the Student Government Association. This chapter also hopes to better establish itself within the national organization. High on the group's list of priorities is the development of campus-wide membership; membership is currently limited to Parks College.
