'ello, I'm Katie Johnson.

I am a freshman astronomy/physics major. I have had a huge passion for space since the age of 7. I have been involved many projects over the years. I have done small rocket projects, though none of them have worked with rocket engines. Not to long ago I went space camp, it really was one of the best moments of my life. It was were I decided that astronomy was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I have been known as a very hands on person, so that is why I love to work on projects like this.

My other activities

I am a writer/poet in my free time, when I have it which is almost never now. I am working on a novel at the moment. The novel is almost completed, with only 4-ish chapters left. I am also a swimmer. It's great for stress relief.
