My name is Matthew Goodman. I am a graduate student in materials science and engineering. I am the Rockoon Project leader.

The topic of my graduate research is the effects of convection on solidification. A substantial portion of my research is the modeling and planning of experiments on the ISS to help understand the role of gravity driven flow on solidification.

I plan to focus on the organization and leadership of the project.
