Server to do's
Moved to SEDSWiki:Server_ToDo
archive
No, dead because no one was doing anything with it; some of the links went to empty pages and always have. People always complain that they can't find anything, so I was trying to make the front page more useful.
This is the first interest I've seen in it in a while, so it's obviously not all dead. The scope of the project needs to be redefined, if nothing else. —Ben Brockert (talk) 11:52, 9 January 2007 (MST)
Math
Thanks for getting it going, Chris. Not an often used feature, but irreplaceable when it is needed. —Ben Brockert (talk) 19:05, 13 January 2007 (MST)
Templates
I'm using templates on pages of space society minutes, they're fairly easy and very handy. I'll take a look at ToDo and make something up. —Ben Brockert (talk) 02:53, 14 January 2007 (MST)
quotes
Cool, I'm collecting sources for now until I get enough that I'm sufficiently ahead (that is, I don't expect to go searching for quotes every day, but to have it set up weeks in advance). Quote of the Week is probably a more reasonable goal unless others jump in to participate. And, my personal taste is to have well-cited quotes, which brings me to a question: according to UA rules, can we sign SEDS up as an Amazon affiliate? If I cite a quote from a book, and include a link to amazon.com for people to buy the book such that SEDS gets a small cut of it, is that against UA policy 'cos we're using their network? Reading through the policies this seems ambiguous to me. --Kirk 14:16, 15 January 2007 (MST)
QOTW is up
Take a look at SEDSWiki:Quote of the Week and let me know what you think. If you and Ben like it, I'll invite others to stop by and add quotes. --Kirk 18:18, 21 January 2007 (MST)
