- Having first points of contact who speak English and another language
- Recruiting in native languages

The difference between the two: Hindi and Bengali are under-represented on Wikipedia; French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, and Swedish are over-represented. Not coincidentally, the latter group works in more machine translators, so I'll be focusing on it.
