  • Work with Dir. Marketing to solicit in-kind sponsorship of connectivity
  • Arrange to have all the hardware needed
  • Manage “simulation” meetings to as dry runs during months leading up to YN
  • Create a how-to guide for parties that want to broadcast from their events
